It’s important to us that the people we work with have walked the talk! When we look to expand our team of trainers – we’re not actually looking for trainers, we’re looking for people with knowledge, first-hand experience and a genuine passion for their subject. If you have knowledge you’d like to share, a fun personality and an interest in learning more about training – then we could help each other.
We tend to work with people with niche subject expertise (rather than generalist trainers). That means our clients get in-depth subject knowledge and stories – many of the people we work with have ‘day jobs’, have recently retired/reduced their hours or are looking to step back into work. And that works because, we’re not offering lots of days work every month. So, it’s the perfect way to dip your toe in the training pool (if you’ll forgive the pun).
It doesn’t matter if you haven’t delivered training before. We believe that laughter lubricates learning, so as long as you’re comfortable getting up in front of a group of people and you’d be happy organising games and challenges to help people to learn – then it could be opportunity for you. Our induction programme will teach you all you need to know about delivering our style of brain-friendly training. Then we’ll provide you with learning materials and be on hand to help you enjoy delivering great training.
What’s the deal?
Well it’s simple. Although we do work across the UK, at the moment we’re really looking for people in the South East (East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, London and Kent) and we’re particularly interested to hear from people with expertise in:
- senior management
- leadership and management
- managing projects and programmes
- customer service
- health & safety
- fire safety
- managing data
- health care
Not sure about training – but still intrigued?
We’re also looking to build a list of freelance content writers. Every course we deliver is tailored to our clients needs and sometimes we just need someone who’s happy to join us in the office to help tidy up, improve or adapt an existing course, or even help us build a new course from scratch. So if you’re computer literate, articulate and have the knowledge, but prefer a behind the scenes role – why not consider putting yourself forward as a content developer?
Realistically, our content writers need to be able to access our Eastbourne head-office, but it could be a way to experience our training style and build your confidence.
This is fantastic opportunity for the right people, with the right knowledge, experience and personality to develop their skills as a trainer or content writer. As part of a emerging leader in training, you’ll have the chance to deliver and write workshops for some of our existing clients and be part of our growth.
